Bobbin Coils
Coils are wound on CNC winding m/c using round / rectangular bobbins. These are finished with fiberglass tape, insulation coat and flexible lead wires.

Epoxy Moulded Coils
These coils are moulded with thermo-setting epoxy. Epoxy moulding offers water-tight casing to the electrical winding. Hence the coils are not affected by water spray / moisture / chemical fumes & have very long life.

Plug In Coils
Coils along with flux washers & flux path are encapsulated with thermoplastics, together in a single unit. Normally these coils are offered with DIN std 3 pin quick connect plug / socket. Plug-in coils are compact and offer ease of handling along with long life.
